When the city of Buffalo unveiled raised and extended downtown parking rates, the negative response was swift and palpable.  Since the announcement, the city has reneged a bit on their new prices, increasing their rates only for “special events” for the next three months.

To help sort out the confusing new changes, we recruited channel 2 news anchor Michael Wooten to answer our questions.
