It seems like you can’t go anywhere without hearing Toto’s “Africa” these days.  Since alt-rock outfit Weezer covered the Toto classic at behest of a teenage fan on Twitter, the cover took off, making it the band’s first top 100 hit about a decade.

Weezer brought out Steve Porcaro himself to play his keyboard solo on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” recently in fact:

That’s not all the Africa covers though, as Ultimate Classic Rock tallied 40 (!) others in a recent post by the blog.
