Long time SPCA spokesperson Gina Browning couldn’t be more excited that their state-of-the-art facility in West Seneca is finally open for business!  Despite her concerns, the new SPCA opened to a large crowd of eager pet owners to-be.

And another great note, the new SPCA doesn’t currently have any dogs, because all their remaining pups were adopted before they moved facilities!
