Led Zeppelin Weekend May 31-June 2

All this weekend it’s a Led Zeppelin weekend as we celebrate the life of drummer John Bonham. We’ll also give you the chance to see their legendary vocalist Robert Plant in an intimate setting at the Pavilion at Star Lake near Pittsburgh on June 15th.

He’s performing with his long-time musical partner Alison Krause, who he has collaborated with on two award-winning albums “Raising Sand” and their first new release in 14 years, “Raise the Roof”. It’s sure to be an unforgettable show with the 14-time grammy winner and Plant. And don’t worry about the gas, we got you covered there too with a $100 gas card to help you get to Pittsburgh.

All weekend we’ll crank out some of “Bonzo’s greatest beats and iconic riffs and screams from the “Mighty” Led Zeppelin. From their biggest hits, like the Rock N’ Roll 500 champion “Stairway to Heaven to B-sides like “Achilles Last Stand” and lost classics from “Communication Breakdown to “Nobody’s Fault But Mine”.

And we’ll wrap up the weekend like we always do with a full hour of Zeppelin as we Get the Led Out Sunday Night at 9 pm. Get ready to drop the “Hammer of the gods” on a Led Zeppelin Weekend on 97 Rock!
