The Who were one of the first bands to go on live TV, lip synch and proceed to destroy the set in a stunt only they could have thought up at the time. The show they provided this experiment on was ‘The Smothers Brothers’ and the world was STUNNED—we remembered the historical impact of this on the music we all love; we discussed and listened to some of the audio clips from the show! We wanted to figure out if it was true.; so we put the sound to the test!
