You may know that Rob spends a lot of his free time at his properties in Cassadaga, when he’s not working at his club in Williamsville.  When shopping at ShureFine in town, he stumbled upon a poster from Eric, a sportsman of the hunting, fishing, and trapping variety.

Eric’s promoting a basic first aid and survival class in his neighborhood, and Rob felt compelled to give him a call.  It wasn’t until after an angry phone call from his mother did Rob then realize that Eric is in fact running a survival class at the ripe age of 12!

We just had to get him on to talk about his interest in the outdoors, how experienced he is, and how he’s already a licensed trapper in New York State.
