Any self-respecting Buffalonian knows Pano’s well, very well.  You may have heard his legendary Elmwood Village eatery is now under new ownership, as proprietor, Pano Georgiadas, is finally retiring after over 40 years at the same location that bears his name.

To celebrate the longtime owner’s service to the Elmwood Village community, Morning Bull had the man himself to reflect on 40 years on Elmwood between Forest and Bird.
