Originally a Lockport, NY native, Ray Jones is now a Houston resident, owning Racks in the area for many years.

When he found success selling Buffalo-themed food items, he began serving displaced Bills fans directly, dedicating Sundays in the fall to our beloved Buffalo Bills.  Unfortunately, Hurricane Harvey’s devastation reached Rack’s, and Ray is just beginning to deal with the aftermath of the horrific flooding.

Morning Bull reached out to Ray to get a feel for how bad the damage is, and what they can do to help Houston after the hurricane.
