Buffalo would simply not be the same without the contributions of this man, Bob Rich Jr. of course from the eponymous Rich Products Corporation!

This very station wouldn’t exist if it weren’t for Bob, who in the mid-80’s founded RIch Communications and relaunched the Mighty 97 Rock into the powerhouse it is today.

His family bought the Buffalo Bisons, and his work alongside mayor Jimmy Griffon brought the beautiful and critically lauded Coca-Cola Field to downtown Buffalo in the middle of the ’80’s.
