Thought the Guns n’ Roses reunion was big news? Certainly it is. And after months of rumors as to whether we’d see them or not, comes news of a scenario no rock fan imagined. Axl Rose will serve as AC/DC’s singer for the concert dates they had to postpone when AC/DC frontman Brian Johnson encountered hearing issues.
To confirm the news, AC/DC guitarist Angus Young appeared onstage during the Guns n’ Roses set at the Coachella festival in Indio, California Saturday to perform “Whole Lotta Rosie” and “Riff Raff”. Axl sounded stunningly good on those Bon Scott era AC/DC classics.
Expect an announcement a new date for the postponed Buffalo concert soon, very likely in early to mid September.
